Job Description
Prism, a young not-for-profit e-magazine, is seeking a highly motivated Ottawa-based journalism student with passion for using the latest Internet live streaming technologies to help Prism cover under-reported National Security related events in the Ottawa area including those taking place on Parliament Hill. The main tasks are to film events, interview key people and help in production work. Prior experience in Internet live streaming is not necessary. Training and required equipment will be provided.

The expected work load varies between an average of 10 to 20 hours per week depending on the number of important National Security related events taking place in Ottawa. The magazine operates for the entire year except for the months of July and August. This position pays $15/hour. Job is available immediately.
